Account & sign-in

Pet Health Diary uses an email account so your records are backed up and can be shared within your household. Create an account or sign in from the welcome screen. Forgot your password or can't sign in? Email us and we'll help.

Subscription, free trial & billing

Pet Health Diary is a subscription with a 14-day free trial, then $6.99/month or $69.99/year. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.

• *Manage or cancel: on your iPhone, open *Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Pet Health Diary.
• *Restore a purchase (e.g. new phone): tap *Restore purchases on the subscribe screen.
• Billing is handled by Apple through your Apple ID.

Your data & export

Your records are yours. Export everything as JSON or CSV any time, free, from Settings → Your data. We never lock your data behind a paywall.

AI photo checks

The AI photo check gives plain-language observations about a skin, ear or coat concern to help you talk to your vet. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace veterinary care. Premium includes a set number of AI photo checks each month. Photos are processed to generate the observation and are not stored on our servers.

Reminders & notifications

To get reminders for vaccinations, vet visits and treatments, allow notifications when prompted, or enable them in Settings → Notifications → Pet Health Diary.

Multiple pets

You can add more than one pet from the Pets tab. All pets are included in your subscription.
